We aim to get your cycling needs to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) only. 

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days

• Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales campaigns, or due to courier backlogs.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, volume, and delivery location.

• Free shipping for orders above RM300 (Peninsular Malaysia only).

Assembly & Bulky Items

• Bicycles may require minor assembly upon delivery.

• For fully assembled bikes, delivery is available only within selected areas. Contact us for details.

• Bulky items may incur additional charges, especially for East Malaysia delivery.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email or mobile. You may track your parcel via our courier partners.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges will apply.
